One of the most important elements that should be considered in hiring a property management company is the depth of personnel that an agency can offer. The quality and experience of the individual manager and the support that he or she is providing will make the difference in the successful management and leasing of your investment.

At Deering Management Group, an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®), we stress continuing formal and specialized education for our employees to keep abreast of changes in the industry. We accomplish this by attending approved BOMA, IREM and ICSC seminars, courses and events. We feel that this helps us to provide the best management service for our clients. We also feel that it is critically important to attract and train the best quality people we can find.

In many companies, competent property managers are hampered by a lack of adequate support staff. An office that has an inadequate support staff can cause delays in client statements and reports, and possibly, a lack of sufficient attention to problems at the property.

When a new property is acquired, the Principal Broker, the Broker, and the Property Accountant tour the project to introduce themselves to the tenants. We include the support staff in on-site visits and inspections to become familiar with the physical and administrative features of the project.

Your management team will be assembled
using the following professionals:
